Terms & Conditions for Devzet Design and Development Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Devzet's design and development services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Service Scope
Devzet will provide design and development services as agreed upon in the project proposal. Any changes must be documented and may result in additional charges.
3. Payments
Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal. Devzet retains the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the intellectual property rights to the final design and development work. Devzet retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
5. Confidentiality
Devzet will keep confidential all client information and project details. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary information about Devzet's processes and methodologies.
6. Revisions and Corrections
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions during the design and development process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Project Timeline
Devzet will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed project timeline, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches the terms. Termination fees may apply.
9. Liability
Devzet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Devzet harmless from any claims.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [43:2]. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [61:5].
11. Modification of Terms
